Register for an account

Registering for an account is easy - and you can decide on your own Username and Password which makes the sign-in simple.

To register for an account you will need your full name details and your account reference shown on your latest Council Tax bill or notice. You’ll need to validate your account by answering 2 security questions based on information already held on the Council Tax database.

The new and improved online service for viewing your Council Tax bills and account details enables you to:

  • set up or change a Direct Debit
  • view and print copies of your bills and notices
  • switch to paperless billing
  • make a payment
  • update your contact details

Sign up to paperless bills

Once logged into your account, if you have not already done so, you can switch to paperless billing to receive notification of your bills and notices by email by clicking on the update link in Council Tax Options.

Alternatively you can request paperless bills for Council Tax or you can telephone 01254 585440 to switch to paperless billing.

By switching to paperless bills you are also confirming that you have seen, understand and accept the terms and conditions.
