Council Tax paperless billing

To register to receive email notifications of new Council Tax notices and stop receiving paper bills, you will need to register for an online account. Please click here for more information on how to register for an account. Once your account is set up, you can switch to paperless billing by clicking the Update link next to Account details and switch to paperless bills.

  • If you already have an online Council Tax account you can sign-in using the username and password that you have created. Once in your account, click the Update link next to Account details and switch to paperless bills.
  • If you have any issues with creating an account or viewing your Council Tax bill online you can speak to one of our customer service agents live using webchat on the main Council Tax page. If the office is closed you can still use webchat to send us an email.

By registering your intention to switch to paperless Council Tax bills and notices you are also confirming that you have seen, understand and accept the terms and conditions.
